Once the carpet was removed it was discovered that the whole of the floor had years of thick wax on it.Lots of sanding!

Charlton Kings dining room
The floor had previously been sanded and finished but the the new owner was looking for a darker,richer finish.
Again,the gaps between the boards were filled to eliminate draughts.
Two coats of Dark Oak & one coat of Ebony stain was needed to mask the "orange" inherent in the pine.
